For the past couple of weeks, I have been dreaming about starting a blog to tell others what I am doing since I have people tell how unique I am and how I have gotten where I am. I enjoy listening to others talk about their struggles and let them know what they can do to heal themselves physically, mentally and spiritually. I have a passion for natural health and want to share with you how I have gotten off the wild ride and how you can help you to get back to knowing yourself, family, friends, and taking care of your health naturally.
I am a city girl. I was a single mother of two daughters. It took me 10 years to get my four year degree. I am jack of many trades -banking, insurance sales/claims, blood/plasma, medical billing/transcription, bill collector, cafe owner, bail bond agent and home business specialist. I love to learn and get bored easy. My younger daughter was diagnosed with autism in her early teens. I love to garden and sharing natural ways to heal our bodies.

All around us are signs that the economy is slowing down. I say “Hallelujah”.
Everyone is at breakneck speed t ying to gather as much as they can in the form of bigger, vehicles, education, job status, and money. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with this. The thought that keeps playing in my head is ”For every action, there is a reaction”. This has been at the expense of relationships, personal health, mental health, and general overall unhealthy well being.
Jump off the hamster wheel and take a look around. Are you happy? How do you rate your personal relationships, health, mental status and your energy level?
Personally, I too have had setbacks to slowing down my life. I have had made several attempts to jump back on that wheel but found I did not have the energy to keep up with the pace of the wheel.
I started to remeber my dream was - build a strawbale home using alternative forms of energy with a organic garden and be a naturopath. I love listening to health issues of others and giving them natural ways to help their issues.
Reality is, I am a city girl.
Needless to say I have a lot of stories to tell. My goal is to get good at writing blogs, make a website and help others learn to live a more simple, natural, healthy lives and at the same time affordable!
I am excited and embrace this “slowdown”. For the past couple of weeks, I have been dreaming about starting a blog to tell others what I am doing along. I enjoy listening to others talk about there struggles and what they can do to help heal themselves physically, mentally and spiritually the with struggles and victories along this journey. I have a passion for natural health and I constantly looking for wasy love to read and learn and have always been interested in natural health and I want to share with you how I have gotten off the wild ride and how I can help you embrace what you truely have all of us have been on to get back to knowing ourselves, family, friends, taking care of your health.

I feel like I am in kindergarten! I thought I could learn things and am pretty adaptable but this web/blog stuff is so utterly foreign to me. I do not get this or where this will show up or NOT??? I will type and hit enter and see is this is ever found again.
My goal is to write a web/blog/newsletter about living in the city but living simple, being healthy, my adventures with gardening along w/ having chickens, redworms (compost), earthworms, eating healthy/organic, having a home business, and laws of attraction
